The Setters opened up the first half strong and aggressive.  Sophomore Jillian Ferro (Warwick, NY/Warwick Valley) scored the first goal of the game, her fifth of the season at the 21 minute mark on an assist from Lauren Foballe (Glastonbury, CT/Watkinson).  Freshman Brittany Trymbulak (South Glastonbury, CT/Glastonbury) scored her second goal of the season which proved to be the eventual game-winner ten minutes later to put the Setters up 2-0 going into the half. Geena Kooner (Hopewell Junction, NY/John Jay) was credited for the assist.

The Setters maintained the lead for a majority of the second half but fell short of the shutout when Sam Ford of Bentley put the ball in the net at 83:41.  Ferro scored her sixth season goal at 87:49 on an assist from Trymbulak to put the Setters up 3-1.  Bentley was unable to respond before the clock ran out.
