Village Teen Places 1st in Briarcliff Has Heart 5K
Briarcliff Manor 15-year-old Ian Wax outran the competition in the Friends of the Library-sponsored race.
More than 170 runners took part in the annual Briarcliff Has Heart 5K on Memorial Day to lend support to the Briarcliff Manor Public Library.
