Pleasantville Village Board Meeting

The Pleasantville Middle School will hold an art show on Thursday, Jan 9 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the middle school’s art room.

Briarcliff Manor Village Board Meeting

The Briarcliff Manor Village Board of Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in village hall. BFA Parents’ Night Out in Briarcliff

This Briarcliff Friends of the Arts (BFA) event at the new 105-TEN Grill will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit Briarcliff students in all visual, performing, and technical arts programs. Admission is $25 (in advance) and will include light fare, one beverage, and the company of friends. Please email the BFA at BFA10510@gmail.com to hold your reservation, as admission at the door will be slightly higher. The Briarcliff Friends of the Performing Arts is now The Briarcliff Friends of the Arts. All checks must still be made payable to the BFPA and sent to Heidi Roth at 197 Ridgecrest Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.

Pleasantville Loves Yarn

Pleasantville Loves Yarn (PLY) is a group of knitters and fiber lovers who meet at the library to learn from each other and enjoy each others company. PLY welcomes all skill levels and any fiber/yarn hobby (knitters, crocheters, spinners, weavers, etc.).  Bring whatever you're working on and share your knowledge or learn from the group. This week, they meet Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 1 p.m. in the Mount Pleasant Public Library.
