Pleasantville 'Green' Auction and Dance; Status of the Youth Officer Program

Mount Pleasant Public Library Programs

There are a number of programs at the library on Monday, Nov. 4 that include: Baby Time at 10 a.m.; Toddler Time at 10:30 a.m.; Preschool Story Time at 11 a.m.

Board of Trustees Meeting

The Village of Pleasantville's Board of Trustees will hold a work session on Monday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville.

Joint School, Village Boards Meeting

The joint meeting between the school and Pleasantville village boards will be held on Monday, Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. Items on the agenda include the status of the Youth Officer Program; strategic planning for facilities and fields; and reports on the farmers' market. Click here for the agenda.

Sports Meeting for Parents and Coaches

The Pleasantville Union Free School District's middle school and high school sports meeting for parents and coaches will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. at the high school auditorium.  

New Leadership Group

United Way of Westchester and Putnam are launching their newest leadership group: early-to-mid-career professionals joining forces to make a positive difference in the communities where they live and work. Emerging Leaders United for a Cause kicks off on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Swiss Re in Armonk. More details here.

Going Green Auction and Dance

Join The Pleasantville Fund for Learning at the annual Going Green Auction & Dance on Friday, Nov. 8 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Pleasantville Country Club. Dig into your closet to dress in chic casual, walk or carpool, and enjoy some seasonal tasty fare and cocktails. Exciting silent and live auction items will be offered this year, plus a special showcase for a PHS Edible Garden grant. Tickets are $100 per guest. More details here.
