Law Park Ice Skating Rink Open; 'Amazing Australians' Wine Seminar

Law Park Ice Skating Rink is now open in Briarcliff

From Briarcliff Village Recreation: 

The rink is now ready for your skating enjoyment.  We have over 4 inches of ice on the majority of the rink, but only 2.5 inches in the far, northeast corner (the section that receives the most sun).

You won't break through, but we've roped & coned off this small section as the surface is still rough and we'd like to give it another night to improve.  Please do not skate or congregate in this area. BFA Parents’ Night Out in Briarcliff

This Briarcliff Friends of the Arts (BFA) event at the new 105-TEN Grill will be held on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. All proceeds will benefit Briarcliff students in all visual, performing, and technical arts programs. Admission is $25 (in advance) and will include light fare, one beverage, and the company of friends. Please email the BFA at BFA10510@gmail.com to hold your reservation, as admission at the door will be slightly higher. The Briarcliff Friends of the Performing Arts is now The Briarcliff Friends of the Arts. Bella Maiya Day Spa Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

"Let's Get Away From It All" Concert

Rochelle Breyer and Paul Chamlin will present this concert at the Mount Pleasant Library in Pleasantville on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. Take a trip with Paul and Rochelle as they explore the pleasures, frustrations, and rewards of hitting the road. This entertaining show includes great standards “Route 66, I Left My Heart in San Francisco, I Love Paris,”and humorous numbers “Why Do the Wrong People Travel?,” and wistful ballads, including “Leaving on a Jet Plane, I'm Travelin' Light.”
