Don Juan Mexican Restaurant is the newest project of established restauranteur, Juan Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez's other endeavors include Mexican eateries Azteca, in Mt. Kisco, and Pueblo Viego in Carmel. The chef at Don Juan Mexican, Ivan Lopez, specializes in steaks, seafood, flautas, tortas, and slow-cooked pork. Happy hour is held Monday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with deals on beers, wine, and cocktails.
