Kisco, and Pueblo Viego in Carmel. The chef at Don Juan Mexican, Ivan Lopez, specializes in steaks, seafood, flautas, tortas, and slow-cooked pork. Happy hour is held Monday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with deals on beers, wine, and cocktails.
