We were looking for special cupcakes and this small place has nice looking cupcakes. Not very special. The cupcake Cafe in NYC has always been our favorite. Both in the artistic decorative creative designs as well as exceptional flavor. The cupcakes at Sun and Flour are pricy too. … and yes, customer service could be friendlier. We were searching for gluten-free cupcakes. I think this place is a good idea and they could use more imagination. Perhaps serve a solid refreshing ice coffees/teas w/ charming cupcakes. Make it more special~
