I am a licensed real estate agent with J. Philip Real Estate LLC in Briarcliff Manor. Living in Hartsdale for last 16 years, my main areas are White Plains, Scarsdale, Edgemont, Hartsdale, Valhalla, Hawthorne, Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry.

Throughout my career in both corporate settings, the owner of my own search firm in NYC area and now a real estate salesperson, my philosophy has always been to listen to each individuals personal needs, act as a source for any questions my clients have had, and provide a seamless, simplified process to a successful end result. Have always found that the "truth" works, as well as excellent follow up and, of course, a need for a good sense of humor.

Having moved 9 times in my life from Ohio, to NJ, Mass, Wisconsin and finally settling in New York via New York City for first several years and last 16 years in Westchester County, I enjoy working not only with local clients who are selling or buying a home, but with those relocating to our area. I enjoy giving them a tour of all that Westchester has to offer.
