New owner Zwilling J.A. Henckels is busy breaking down the decades-old structure on Marble.

A longtime Marble Avenue building is quickly coming down in Pleasantville.

Zwilling J.A. Henckels, a cutlery manufacturer currently based out of Hawthorne, is planning to build a new structure at the former Medical Laboratory Associates (MLA) site.

The property was vacant for more than a decade after a proposal by the former owner, the Stop & Shop Company, fell through.
