Demolition Complete: MLA Building in Pleasantville

The Marble Avenue structure has been demolished to make room for the new J.A. Henckels building.

As of last week, a longstanding Pleasantville structure was nearly completely gone.

The former Medical Laboratory Associates (MLA) building, save for its outdoor entryway, has been turned into piles of rubble on the Marble Avenue site.

A new structure will be erected in its place to house the new headquarters for Zwilling J.A. Henckels, a cutlery manufacturer that current operates out of a Hawthorne space.
