Pleasantville JCC Collects Items for Sandy Victims

The following is from the Rosenthal Jewish Community Center of Northern Westchester:

This holiday season, the Rosenthal JCC (RJCC) is collecting supplies to replenish the early childhood program at the Friedberg JCC in Oceanside, which suffered extensive damage from flooding. Now that reconstruction is underway and the first phase is nearing completion at Friedberg, all of the furniture, equipment, games, and other supplies must be replaced before young children can return to their school and day care programs. Items are being collected in advance of Sunday's Hanukkah Happening & Helping event at the RJCC and will be delivered on Dec. 16.
