NYSP Make DWI Arrest in Mount Pleasant

New York State Police made an early morning Driving While Intoxicated arrest in Mount Pleasant Saturday.
According to a statement from the Hawthorne-based Troopers, Everton A. Pigott, Jr. of Kingston, NY, was arrested at approximately 5:09 a.m. yesterday.
"Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic law stop for moving from lane unsafely, the defendant was found to be intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.15%," police reported. "Mr. Pigott was processed without incident and released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court..." on Thursday, Aug. 30.
