NYSP: Pleasantville Driver's Ability Impaired by Drugs

Police said he was driving erratically on the Taconic State Parkway.

After he was reportedly observed "traveling in an erratic manner," a 28-year-old Pleasantville man was pulled over and arrested on the Taconic State Parkway in Mount Pleasant September 5.

According to a press release from New York State Police, the driver failed 'Standardized Field Sobriety Testing' and was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor.

He was issued uniform traffic tickets and was due in Mount Pleasant Court today.
