Pleasantville Police: Public Urination; Stolen Parking Meters
The following information is from the police department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Here's a look at some of the recent incidents investigated by the Pleasantville Police Department:
Public Urination Arrest
Police responded to a Bedford Road bar at 3:09 a.m. on August 16 and reported arrested a 21-year-old Sleepy Hollow man for allegedly urinating in public.
Missing Money Orders
Police reported on August 12 that two money orders were taken from the counter of a Wheeler Avenue business. The reported larceny remains under investigation.
Stolen Meters
Police reported on the afternoon of August 19 that two parking meters had been stolen from Wheeler Avenue. The larceny remains under investigation.
Driver's License Arrest
A 21-year-old Tuckahoe man was taken into custody at 1:22 a.m. on August 15 after police said he had previously failed to surrender his suspended driver's license.
He is due in village court on September 17.
Assault Under Investigation
Police responded to a Bedford Road bar at 3:41 a.m. on August 17 after receiving a report of a fight.
At the scene, a 26-year-old man was transported to the hospital. Police said he had been involved in a fight and the incident is under investigation as an assault.
