Drug Defendants Appear in Pleasantville Court

Here's a look at what happened during Pleasantville Court's October 2 criminal session.

Cocaine Defendants Make First Appearance

Jake Iadanza and Evan Wildberger, both 19, were arrested on September 22 and charged with alleged possession of cocaine.

Iadanza, of Centerport, NY, and Wildberger, of Lindenhurst, NY, are each charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, misdemeanors.

On Tuesday, both cases were adjourned until October 30.

Pleasantville Man Has Previous DWI Conviction

Aldrin Alonzo, of Pleasantville, was arrested on September 5 in Yorktown after police found he had an active bench warrant out of Pleasantville.

The 26-year-old man was allegedly speeding and driving without a license in Yorktown.

According to Pleasantville records, Alonzo was arrested on June 2, 2006 in the village and charged with a misdemeanor DWI.

Current records show he is also charged with a previous DWI conviction, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a vehicle without insurance and without a driver's license.

His case was adjourned until October 16.
