Pace Lacrosse Youth Day Set for March 30

Local youth are invited to attend a clinic at the end of the month in Pleasantville.

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y.- The Pace University Lacrosse Team will be hosting Youth Day on Saturday, March 30 with a variety of activities for local youth lacrosse programs. The day will begin with a youth clinic from 10 am to 11 am where youth lacrosse players are able to run through drills conducted by the current lacrosse team on Pace Field of the Pleasantville campus. After the youth clinic all participants will receive pizza from Lucio's Pizza in Pleasantville. The first 100 participants to arrive will receive a Pace Lacrosse Youth Day t-shirt.

All fans are invited to stay and watch Pace take on Bentley University at 1 pm in a Northeast-10 Conference match-up. The youth clinic participants will be invited to take part in a pregame high-five tunnel as the team runs out onto the field and stay on the field for the National Anthem with the team.

The Pace Lacrosse team has started the 2013 season strong with three wins against Adams State, Colorado Mesa and Dominican College. The team will begin the conference schedule this weekend with a home game against nationally ranked Le Moyne College on Saturday, March 9 at 1 pm.
